I'm pregnant?!?!

Alrighty it's been a crazy week so far, I will explain the subject in a bit. This week was Elder Shelley's Birthday, the big 20, so we had a mini party with all the elders, built some Legos, and ate lots of junk. Lots of fun. Sadly the next day everyone but me got a little sick, it hit my companion, Elder Johnson, the hardest.

So as Elder Johnson was sick I had to do some teaching on my own, which went decent. My Spanish has improved so much, a few of our investigators have commented on it. But ya the lessons went well, and I could somewhat answer their questions. On top of all this we got one of our friends to commit to baptism!!!! She has a long way to go, but she is so awesome and so willing to learn.

OK, so to explain the subject. In the mission you are called a “son” to the person who is training you, and he is called your  “dad”. So technically I still have 6 weeks of training left, but I got called as a trainer starting tomorrow. So I will have a “son” soon, thus I am pregnant. Super excited to train this dude, hopefully he speaks more Spanish than me. We will see, hopefully he's a sweet dude.

Anyway, keep it up guys. God is always looking out for us and Christ is always there to aid us in our goal for growth and perfection. I was thinking while I did this horrible puzzle yesterday, this would be quite near impossible if I didn't know what the puzzle was supposed to look like. This is kinda like prophets, they are able to see so much more than we can and through the power of God. They help us put the puzzle of our lives together. Sooo... listen to prophets, amen. Today was wack, so promise next email will have more details love ya guys.

Elder Porter out!
