Transfer News and Super Fun Stuff

 December 12, 2022

This week was awesome! For starters, we put Yoanni, one of our investigators from Venezuela, on date! The original day was for the 14th. He's awesome, for our last lesson on the plan of salvation he was teaching half of it, and it was super great, he is definitely ready. On top of that we had a baptism on Sunday. Went well I got to baptize, sadly I dropped her haha. Yesterday I was also able to give the Holy Ghost to her, felt funny being told the words by the Branch President though like a kid in primary saying prayers. Also, Yesterday I got the news that I will be moving to Santa Clara, and I will be a Zone leader! Staying Spanish which is awesome and even better I'm getting back with my trainer so it's going to be wild. So excited, a little stressed with the new responsibilities, and very excited to see how this area does while I'm gone and hearing from my companions how the people are progressing. Lot happened this week busy day today packing and stuff. Promise more next week.

Spiritual though:

This week we ran into a lot of people who are either indifferent or have completely left the Church because they were focused on the wrong things. There is this one talk that has kept coming up, and it's about not missing the mark. The mark is Jesus Christ our Savior. If we are not focused on him, if we are not learning about him, our testimonies will shrink. Without a strengthening testimony our ability to use the atonement in hard times and realize the many blessings will have will fade. Please find time to increase your conversion, read, pray, ASK QUESTIONS. Faith and testimony come with action. So get to work. Love you guys I'm doing awesome!
