Ok I finally did it!

OK so sorry this one took foreeeeeeeeeeeeever. I promise I'm alive and happy as always. I can't remember if I ever updated you all about transfers. I am in Ashland now and I'm over the YSA (as of 4 weeks ago). It's a blast. It's so cool having so many members to work with and work with some awesome people my age. We get to go to FHE which is just a bunch of activities with the young single adult ward which are fun if we don't have to travel far or they are watching a movie (which we can't really do either)

Who do we teach you may be asking? No clue
Apparently when I came in they all ghosted us or weren't interested and the few that they were teaching did not care to change so we had to drop them. So we start from scratch! That was and still is definitely hard, but we have a couple new friends. Christopher is a bit crazy, but is interested in learning about the book of Mormon so that's cool. We also got a friend Ryan who's got a bunch of questions but he's super cool and loves talking with us about the gospel.

General news, we got a new mission president. Cool guy, still bald, we can do anything we want now no rules!!! Jk now we just have what the standards say so not much changed.

What I've learned lately
I've learned about my relationship with the savior. As I have come to love Him, any desires to not do the right thing have gotten lessened and I still have a long way to go but it's way cool. He helps us more and more as we try to follow Him. I also learned how individual and unconditional His love is for us. As we look through the scriptures, especially the Book of Mormon we can see that. He is constantly Inviting us to give up our bad habits and natural tendencies so he can bless us with all that he wants us to. Study the scriptures and I hope you are all doing well.

I love and miss all of you. I'm a little jealous of all the summer fun but I'll be able to party with you next year 😬

I'm Here For a Good Time Not a Long Time

 January 30, 2023 This week was a little rough, but we're we're able to have a lot of success. A good friend had to go home early but luckily he has the opportunity to come back in a few months so that's super exciting. Also our good friend Edwin will be having his baptism pushed back but he just wants to make sure he knows enough before he commits, so not a bad thing. But we also put a friend named Jarrón on date and the other guys he lives with are soon to follow they just want to learn more. It is so exciting to see their desire to learn. Lest week we found a Magic store so that's a ton of fun and sadly will become a money drain... Very dangerous for me haha Our new missionaries in the zone will definitely mix things up but in general our focus will just be to support our District leaders and help everyone increase there want to serve. Transfer News and Super Fun Stuff

 December 12, 2022 This week was awesome! For starters, we put Yoanni, one of our investigators from Venezuela, on date! The original day was for the 14th. He's awesome, for our last lesson on the plan of salvation he was teaching half of it, and it was super great, he is definitely ready. On top of that we had a baptism on Sunday. Went well I got to baptize, sadly I dropped her haha. Yesterday I was also able to give the Holy Ghost to her, felt funny being told the words by the Branch President though like a kid in primary saying prayers. Also, Yesterday I got the news that I will be moving to Santa Clara, and I will be a Zone leader! Staying Spanish which is awesome and even better I'm getting back with my trainer so it's going to be wild. So excited, a little stressed with the new responsibilities, and very excited to see how this area does while I'm gone and hearing from my companions how the people are progressing.
